If you’ve tried to change any of these things, you’ll know that information you get from TV, radio, friends, newspapers, magazines, podcasts and random YouTube ads can be very confusing. As a Certified Food and Nutrition Coach, Lisa uses her expert knowledge to cut through all this noise and bring the focus back to you, your goals and your lifestyle. She will work with you to identify what your health priorities are, where you need to make nutritional adjustments, and how to incorporate these new skills into your day to day life.

How does it all work?

Firstly, get in touch with Nourished U for a free 15 minute phone consultation, so you can discuss your goals and determine which session (4, 6, 8 or 10 sessions) plan fits you – Lisa finds a minimum of four sessions sees a client on their way to making positive progress. As each client is different, we will discuss the session plan breakdown and costs, based on your individual needs in this initial discussion.

With your session plan sorted, you will receive and need to complete a customised health history and nutrition assessment prior to your first visit. This will allow Lisa to get right into the ‘thick of it’ during your first face to face consultation, instead of wasting time on administration.

In your first face to face consultation we will discuss your diet and health, set goals and create a plan that will guide you to success. Comprehensive notes are prepared from the first session and in between sessions you will receive email, online and phone support to make sure you stay on track. Your success relies on how you put our session discussions and the changes required into practise to reap the long lasting results you are after. Meal plan cost and follow up sessions are also arranged at the first session.
